Uno
Guacamole
Fresh dip made with avocados, jalapeño peppers, onions, cilantro and tomatoes made and served in a molcajete
Ceviche Tejano
A little twist to our already popular ceviche, Fresh shrimp in a lime juice, a dash of vinegar and red tomato sauce, with cilantro, tomatoes, onions and cucumbers.
Quesadillas
Our very popular quesadillas and added something Jersey, Jersey Fresh Corn, tomatoes and onion cooked with a little chile piquin.


Dos
Sopa de Maiz
A traditional corn soup made with fresh Jersey corn and tomatoes and topped with a little queso fresco.
Ensalada de Nopalitos
The most Mexican of the Mexican salads. Boiled tender prickly cactus leaves, cut into long strips, seasoned with tomato, cilantro, and onions top with queso fresco.
 

Tres
Filete de pescado
Delicious Tilapia Fillet wrapped in a banana leave and oven baked, served with Jersey tomatoes, onions and jalapeños creamy sauce.
Puerco Verde
Tender pieces of pork cooked in a tomatillo, tomato and jalapeño sauce and we added a little sour cream just to take away the spiciness
Cecina Azteca
Thinly sliced Beef fillets, cured and sauté with onions, served with green and red salsas.
Camarones Del Caribe
In our world travels we came upon this delicious dish, fresh shrimp and prawns cooked with bacon and white beans with a creamy tomato sauce.
Fajita Poblana
Not your traditional fajita but nothing to be afraid of, Roasted Poblano peppers, tomatillos, onions and nopales topped with melted Oaxaca cheese, served with warm tortillas.

A sliced with fresh strawberries and Blue Berries all in a sweet crema Mexicana.
